Vocab:

1. giant - a huge, strong, imaginary creature that looks like a human
2. statue - an image, often of a person or animal, usually made of stone, metal, or wood
3. square - an open area in the center of town
4. pedestal - the base on which a statue stands
5. weakling - a person lacking strength or power
6. hailed - greeted by signaling or calling out
7. mysterious - very hard to explain or understand
